2. Description of Services
Le Répertoire offers the rental of 6 houses and 3 luxury apartments for short stays. The included and optional services are as follows:
Included Services:
- Personalized welcome
- Bed linen and beds made upon arrival
- Regular cleaning (before arrival, after departure, and during the stay)
- Concierge service before arrival to answer all questions regarding the accommodation
Optional Services:
- Additional cleaning: 30€/hour (2-hour minimum per service)
- Breakfast delivery: 30€ per person
- Home fitness coach: from 125€ for two people, 25€ per additional person
- Home chef: rate upon request based on the selected menu
- Wine tasting at home: rate upon request based on the desired wines
- Home massage: 100€ per person for a one-hour massage
- Transfers to/from train stations and airports: rate based on distance
- Babysitting: 25€ per hour (3-hour minimum per request)
- Bicycle rental:
- Leisure bike: 25€/day, 140€/week
- Mountain bike: 35€/day, 180€/week
- Electric bike: 60€/day, 310€/week
- Children's bike: 15€/day, 80€/week
3. Booking Conditions
Booking Methods
Bookings must be made directly on the website www.lerepertoire.com. For any assistance, clients can send an SMS or WhatsApp message to 0650342289. Clients can also send an email to info@lerepertoire.com.
Deposit
A deposit of 50% is required upon booking.
Booking Confirmation
The booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit payment. Clients receive a confirmation email once the booking is confirmed.
4. Rates and Payments
Rates
Rates are set per night.

Payment Conditions
The balance must be paid 60 days before arrival. If the booking is made less than 60 days before arrival, 100% of the booking amount must be paid upon booking.
Taxes
- 10% VAT on accommodation
- 20% VAT on parahotellerie and optional services
- Tourist tax for guests over 18, calculated per adult and per day based on the accommodation and the municipality.
5. Cancellations and Modifications
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation more than 2 months before the arrival date: 100% penalty of the prepaid amount.
- Cancellation between 2 months and the arrival date: 100% penalty of the booking amount.
Reservation Modifications
- Clients can extend their stay before or after the reserved dates subject to availability and at the rate in effect at the time of booking. If the initial booking benefited from a promotion, it does not apply to any subsequent modification of the stay.
- Clients cannot cancel their stay.
- Clients cannot modify the dates of the stay without cost. The received deposit is not transferable in case of change of stay dates.
6. Stay Conditions
Minimum and Maximum Stay Duration
- Minimum stay: 2 nights
- Maximum stay: 30 days
Check-in and Check-out Times
- Check-in: between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. After 7:00 PM, autonomous check-in is offered at no cost.
- Check-out:
- Houses Capucine, Andréa, Marie, Caroline, Cécile, and Marc: check-out by 10:00 AM.
- Houses Antoine, Jérôme, and Roméo: check-out by 11:00 AM.
House Rules
- No pets allowed
- No smoking inside the houses
7. Liability and Insurance
Liability
Le Répertoire disclaims all responsibility in case of damage to property or theft during the stay. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the security of their personal belongings.
Insurance
Clients must take out specific insurance to cover the risks associated with their stay.
8. Modifications by the Company
If due to force majeure or any other cause not attributable to the company, the accommodation cannot be occupied, the company will provide the client with another accommodation of equal or superior quality at no additional cost to either party.
If no accommodation of equal or superior quality is available, the company has the option to cancel the registered booking without any possible claim from the client. In this case, the company will refund 100% of the booking amount. No additional compensation can be claimed from the company.
If the accommodation is sold by the company between the client's booking and the scheduled stay, the same conditions mentioned above apply. An alternative of equal or superior quality is offered to the client. If no alternative is available, a 100% refund of the stay will be issued. No additional compensation can be claimed from the company.
9. Complaints and Disputes
Complaint Procedure
All complaints must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the company's headquarters, addressed directly to the management.
Disputes
In case of dispute, the Court of Carpentras has jurisdiction.
